Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases and subscriptions for products made by WispMade LLC ("WispMade", "we", "us"), such as Lullawick and Skip/Listen. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Cancelling a subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in the product.
  • Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

  • If something is not working or you are not happy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right: a fix, a credit, or a refund.
  • Billing mistakes (duplicate charges, charges after cancellation) are always refunded in full.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

Email hello@wispmade.com from the email address associated with your purchase, and include the product name and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
